ELEMENTS OF SYSTEM PROCESS OF EVALUATION ABILITIES OF PERSONNEL IN THE FORMATION AND USE OF INVESTMENT POTENTIAL

Abstract
The article explores the essence of evaluation of the degree of professional conformity of employees of institutes of financial market, that operate on the creation and implementation of investment possibility, means of mobilizing investment resources and their transformation into investments. Functional elements of system process of evaluation abilities of personnel are concretized. Elements of procedures evaluation abilities of workers to perform work for effective formation and use of investment potential are specified.
