EMOTIONAL BURNOUT OF SPECIALISTS IN ECONOMICS

Abstract
Psychological characteristics of the process of formation of emotional burnout syndrome in economists have been considered in the article. Personality traits that determine emotional burnout syndrome have been distinguished. The dynamics of the development of emotional burnout of students and employees has been analyzed. The results of empirical research allowed to ascertain a predisposition to the syndrome of emotional burnout at the stage of studying at university.
