EMOTIONAL COMPETENCE AS A DETERMINANT COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF SPECIALISTS IN THE SOCIONIC DIRECTION

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept and essence of the phenomenon "emotional competence" as a component of the professional development of specialists in the socionic direction. The approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of "professional formation" and the place in this process of emotional competence as a determinant component are substantiated. The necessity and possibility of formation of emotional competence of future specialists during the student's period is grounded. It is proved that students in the learning process undergo three stages of professional development, on each of which the level of emotional competence increases with knowledge and the development of professionally significant skills, including emotional orientation. It is established that emotional competence is a regulator of professional activity, testifies to the emotional readiness of a specialist to work in the field of "man-man".
