RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS AS A CENTRAL ELEMENT OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of the risk management process in the formation and implementation of strategic enterprise solutions. The essence of the concept of “risk” is disclosed in the context of the development strategy of the company. There is conducted the systematization of methods management risks that arise up in productive activity of enterprise, and also designed the algorithm of strategic decision making based on risk factor. The basic measures are suggested to reduce the risks that can be applied when using a particular method that will lead to more effective management of the enterprise.
