Employee Resistance in Process of Changes

Abstract

Every stable thing is changeable – people say. Changes play an important role in people’s life, starting since their birth, but, almost always, they are connected with something unexpected, something bad. The most negative emotions concern changes at working place – some organization. As it is impossible to avoid them, it is necessary to think how to smoothen them.
