ENERAL CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE VICTIM’S PERSONALITY OF THE OFFENSE OF ILLEGAL ABORTION

Abstract
In this article are analyzed the main types and features of the victim’s personality of the offense of offending an abortion. The importance of research results from the fact that in the case of an offense of illegal abortion the victim has a special and active role in triggering this type of offense and conscientious instigator of the offense manifested through the initiation of the interruption of the pregnancy and in some way the mechanism of the mechanism criminal offense.
