ENERGY AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF GROWTH AND POSTALIZING MILKING IN THE SOIL CLIMATIC CONDITIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The economic evaluation of stevia cultivation ware carried out depending on the type of fertilizer used. It has proved that the technology of growing with the use of organic fertilizers has more energy efficiency - the energy factor of which is 3.5. The structure of energy expenditure ware shown and it ware established that more energy is spent on labor (49-58% of total energy consumption). The comparative economic efficiency of post harvesting and processing of stevia leaves on a concentrate ware presented and promising organic rowth of plants ware proven.
