Ensuring of the necessary level of workers of an enterprise stress resistance on the stage of their employment

Abstract
The main methods of staff seeking have been distinguished in the article, and their evaluation from the point of view of possibility of ensuring of the necessary set of worker’s stress-competence has been proposed. The main methods of staff recruitment directly at the enterprise which give the possibility to find optimal correlation of position competences and candidates competences have also been distinguished. The main tasks of enterprise personnel service in the process of ensuring of the necessary level of staff stress resistance on the stage of its employment have been emphasized.
