Inclusive innovation in the socio-economic development

Abstract
The author substantiates the idea that the analysis of processes of socio-economic development should highlight the importance of innovation, aimed at ensuring equal opportunities and availability of technological progress results within different social strata and different geographical regions. Theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of an inclusive model of development of economy in modern conditions have made, also have proved that achieving inclusive development is a key task that is the focus of many governments, as high levels of inequality negatively affects well-being and economic growth. Research results show that after all known international ratings intellectual potential of Ukraine is at high level, however absent role of the state in creation of environment for his realization in quality the key innovative factor of socio-economic development of country. The features and the role of inclusive innovation in promoting socio-economic development have identified. On the basis of the type or sources of innovation – so-called "incremental innovations" based on foreign technology and/or local knowledge, traditional knowledge generated "out of necessity". They can be applied also to non-technological innovation. The author developed a conceptual scheme of the methodological foundations of inclusive innovations. The author analyzed conditions for the formation of an inclusive institutional environment and inclusive business models for the implementation of inclusive innovation and the formation of the market inclusive of goods and services. Proposals for the implementation of inclusive innovations in the Ukrainian economy, which should be an important step in the implementation of the holistic concept of the system of social protection of the population, focused on reducing social risks for poor and vulnerable groups, creating conditions to reduce poverty, promote active employment policies and reduction of unemployment.
