ENTERPRISES STAFF DEVELOPMENT OF ON THE BASIS OF COMMERCIAL AWARENESS AND COMPETENCES FORMATION

Abstract
The article considers enterprises staff development of on the basis of commercial awareness and competences formation. While competencies and detailed job descriptions are not new to some enterprises, there appears to be an increased application across varied human resource (HR) functions (i.e., recruitment, selection, learning and development, performance management, career development and succession planning, and HR planning). To improve this understanding, some enterprises are developing and using commercial awareness and competency-based management systems.
