Environmental training program for cadres and reserves of the Communist Party of Cuba in Camagüey

Abstract
The objective of the work is to propose an environmental training program for the Communist Party of Cuba and its reserves in the province of Camagüey. To do this, theoretical methods were used as analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive to establish the theoretical and methodological foundations, while empirical methods such as interview, survey and observation made it possible to detect the main cognitive and procedural inadequacies of the target group. The proposed program consists of specific objectives, five themes, basic concepts, skills, values to be strengthened, ideopolitical messages to reinforce, methodological orientations and the bibliography for its development.
