Epigenetic modification of tumor: a discussion based on re-recognition of kidney-storing-essence

Abstract
The essence stored in the kidney includes innate essence and acquired essence. Based on the re-understanding of kidneys function of storing the acquired essence, this paper combines epigenetic modification and tumor microenvironment (TME) that are closely related to acquired environmental factors, analyzes the physiological and pathological relationship between the kidney-storing-essence and epigenetic modification, and integrates the loss of kidney essence with the reconstruction of epigenetic modification and the construction of TME, so as to provide ideas and references for the in-depth study of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
