ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF GENDER EDUCATION IN UKRAINIAN STATE

Abstract
The article analyzes modern reformed processes in the system of education of the Ukrainian state. It is determined that the consideration of gender features of children and youth is a very important factor in the process of reforming educa- tion, introduction of new approaches, methods and forms of training. It is determined that women and gender studies as an educational project are directed against the dominant forms of teaching, which rely on masculinity values and ways of communication. The system of education and training, which, due to personal factors, is still based on the domination of male values, must be revised. In such conditions, the first plan is to take into account gender principles when creating a new system of education of the State, which are based on equality, because gender equality is the leading concept of the system of European values and priorities. Thus, it is necessary to take into account the individual features and needs of each child, and give all students the same opportunities to realize themselves regardless of gender, as well as obtaining all equally high-quality education, regardless of gender. Gender education provides for the study of the totality of relationships between women and men in society. This applies to traditions, formal and informal rules and norms that are determined by the place and position of men and women in the Ukrainian society. The article shows that the integration of gender approaches in education requires the introduction of special subjects and special courses on gender issues, examination of existing programs and textbooks, development of appropriate training programs, methodical manuals, Textbooks for different types of educational institutions. Democratization and humanization of society involves the creation of equal opportunities for realization of personal- ity and self-realization of all people regardless of their social origin, position, nationality, age, gender. True humanization involves the remission of the proketing, which for centuries is dominated by the woman, emancipation of the whole society, liberation of culture from the sexism ideology and implementation of the concept of "gender" in all spheres of social life.
