FEATURES OF HUMANITARIAN DISCIPLINES STUDY IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROCESS BY FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

In the article the peculiarities of the study of humanitarian disciplines in the process of professional training of future specialists of public administration and administration are considered. The state of the research of the problem of human- itarization of the professional training of future specialists of public administration and administration is analyzed. The researchers' works on the necessity of studying humanitarian disciplines in the process of professional training of highly skilled managers who could be competitive on the world labor market are researched. It is determined that increasing interest in the study of humanities and social sciences will greatly contribute to the formation and development of interdisciplinary skills, skills and competences of future public administration and administration specialists, and will also influence the formation of the outlook of the personalities of future managers. The study of humanitarian disciplines is practically aimed at the future professional activity of specialists in public administration and administration. Their practical significance lies in mastering the norms of modern Ukrainian liter- ary language, the rules for drafting business documents, methods of constructing texts of public speeches. These are the necessary conditions for the professional development of future specialists in public administration and administration. The specifics of the qualitative preparation of future specialists in public administration and administration at higher educational institutions should be conditioned by such an educational model, according to which the most important component of modern education will be humanitarian, from which the pragmatic component - professional training of the future manager will be built up. Consequently, a profound fundamental study of humanities in combination with practical courses and research will contribute to the high quality of the training of future public administration and administration specialists.
