Essence and Features of Forming Economical Culture of Students of General School in Educational and Breeding Process

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of formation of economic culture of pupils at junior and senior school. The paper reveals researches of domestic and Russian scientists, which show the essence of economic culture of high school students and the process of its formation. The author generalized the concept of economic culture of the pupils. Using scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, description and comparison the ways of formation of economic culture of pupils was developed in the following areas: logical ascent from the young age to grown-ups; interdisciplinary integration of economic knowledge; a coherent set of pedagogical activities, which promote the acquisition of complex economic knowledge, skills and sub-skills, patterns of economic thinking, moral norms and values, which appear in the firm conviction of the person and the rules of its socio-economic behavior; gradual, cumulative movement of the personality, which is reflected in the economic processes of life of high school student by showing a set of intellectual, philosophical, motivational, value and behavioural components of the individuality; development of a clear understanding of the economic laws of social development and upbringing on this basis of the personal qualities that are needed in industrial and economic activity. A promising and under-researched area is the system of formation of economic culture of high school students in the process of profile economic preparation.
