ESSENCE AND STRUCTURE OF THE CONCEPT «COMPETENT APPROACH» IN THE CONTEXT OF PRE-TRAINING OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract

The article deals with the essence and structure of the concept of "competence approach" in the context of the preparation of elementary school teacher. Different approaches to the interpretation of the concept "competence approach" in psychological and pedagogical literature are analyzed. The emphasis is placed on the importance of implementing a competent approach in the context of the preparation of a primary school teacher.
