INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE CULTURE MEANS ON THE FORMATION OF A VALUABLE PEACE WORLDVIEW IN UNIVERSITY SCIENCE ON LIFE AND ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
In the article, based on the axiological approach, the process of personality formation in the environment of corporate culture of the universities of life sciences and the environment is revealed. The etymology is reconstructed and the definition of "corporate culture" is given. It is emphasized that the personality assimilates, translates into the internal plan the achievements of the corporate culture of the university, and then becomes its repeater and produces its new quality in its own subjective interpretation. It is noted that a special place in the corporate culture of the universities of life sciences and the environment is given to valeoecological values (values of human health and wildlife). Analogy between the pedagogy of the parallel pedagogical influence of AS Makarenko and the influence of corporate values on the formation of socially demanded psychological personality formations is conducted. The role of leaders (authoritative leaders) in the formation of the corporate culture of the university is underlined.
