ESSENCE TO CATEGORY DISCLAIMER CHILD IN FAMILY LAW

Abstract
The article examines the legal nature of the category of «abandonment of the child» in the family law. Considered and analyzed aspects of the refusal of parents to take the child from the hospital or other health institution without valid reasons and refusal of parents to child rights by giving their consent to the adoption. The article revealed the nature of the legal category of «refusal», which is compared with such categories as «the denial of the right», «alienation».
