ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article defines the essence of “corporate culture”. The basic levels of corporate culture implementation are identified. The general and special principles of corporate culture are considered. Two groups of functions of corporate culture are distinguished. The relationship between corporate culture and enterprise management is presented.
