As the world practice shows us the cluster approach is not only the mean to reach goals of the industrial politics, (structural changes, increasing competitiveness, intensification of new courses and etc.) at the same time this is a powerful tool to stimulate regional development, which at the end may be seen in the trade balance stimulation of the regions, also in raising the employment, in budgets of different levels and in increasing the salary, in raising the industrial Sustainability and competitiveness of the regions.
