EVALUATING OF EMPLOYEE AS ELEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Personnel ratings consist in comparing effects achieved by them of the work, behaviours as well as had personality features with assumed standards of these evaluation criteria. Employee evaluations are playing a role of one of basic components of the attempt at the management with people of the personnel management determined by the name. The system of evaluations guarantees the rally meeting one of the essential psychological needs, with which the state needs public comparisons. This need to a large extent is directing keeping the man in his social environment. It was an aim of this publication theoretical beings of judging employees.
