Evaluation of efficiency of controlling in the enterprise management system

Abstract
The article summarizes the keyaspects of controlling. It is considered as a system of separate elements of management functions. The factors of its development are determined. The procedures of their implementation are analysed. The methodical bases of controlling estimation in the management system are investigated. A number of conditions for the indicators of its efficiency are substantiated. Qantitative and qualitative indicators of the effectiveness of its functioning are systematized. The validity of the effectiveness of the controlling, on the basis of the results of changes in the management system, and the enterprise activity indicators after its introduction have been substantiated
