EVALUATION OF EXTERNAL COMPETENCY OF THE ETERNAL SCHOOLS WITH APPLICATION OF TEST TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The article defines the essence and components of the concept of evaluation of foreign language competences of junior pupils. The question of application of test technologies for assessing foreign language competence of elementary school students is revealed. The ability to determine the level of formation of communicative competence of junior high school students in the process of studying English with the use of test technologies is shown. The state of professional training of future teachers of primary school is analyzed and the conditions of optimization of their preparation for the assessment of foreign language communicative competence by means of test technologies in English lessons are determined. The work is aimed at improving the quality of training of employees general educational institutions and educational management institutions in areas of pedagogical assessment, testing and monitoring of education quality. Can be used in the process of organizing pedagogical measurements in general education educational institutions. The organization of the process of studying foreign languages has a long history, like the language itself, since throughout the time communication and contacts with peoples who spoke in other languages were maintained. In the context of European integration, the study of foreign languages is an important component of the educational policy of our state. One of the key competencies for students, according to the State Standard of General Education, is the ability to communicate in native and foreign languages. That is why a lot of attention is paid to studying a foreign language from the elementary school. For the teacher, the question is how can quickly and effectively teach the foreign languages of their students, how to properly plan and organize the educational process itself. The search for perfect methods for measuring the level of student achievement at the present stage of the development of information technology is extremely urgent, since objectivization of the measurement process, providing feedback, enables to coordinate this development. Consequently, objective and accurate methods of measuring and evaluating knowledge become one of the driving forces of scientific progress.
