Evaluation of psychosocial factors in workers of a producer and exporter of flowers, inthe city of Riobamba

Abstract
Introduction.Psychosocial factors are conditions in the work environment that directly and indirectly affect physical andmental health and therefore affect the quality of work. For this reason, a study was carried out within the field of occupational safety and health carried out in a producer and exporter of flowers, located in the city of Riobamba. Objective:Evaluate thelevel of psychosocial risk to which the workers of a floriculture are exposed in the period 2020, through the application of the psychosocial evaluation questionnaire in work environments. Materials and methods:The psychosocial risk assessment questionnaire in work environments approved by the Ministry of Labor of Ecuador in 2018 was used for 70 workers. This study is descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental. Results:It was found that there is risk in therecovery dimensions (61%); workplace harassment (59%) and double presence (53%). Conclusions.There is a significant degree of association between all the study variables with the dimensions of recovery, workplace bullying and double presence. Evaluating these risk factors allows us to create various proposals for change in places where the greatest problems are evident
