Journal Title: Інноваційна економіка - Year 2017, Vol 68, Issue 3

Abstract

Purpose. The aim of the study is to apply in the regional assessment of the normative dynamic model of the reference mode of the regional social and economic system and the development of solutions to improve the efficiency of the functioning of Ukrainian territories. Methodology of research. The research used methods of the theory of dynamic normative and system studies in assessing the level of social and economic development of regions and in the development of the normative dynamic model for the reference mode of functioning of a regional social and economic system. Findings. It is established that the task of assessing the level of social and economic development of the regions is still quite complex and does not have a satisfactory solution, which requires the search for new approaches and methods. A normative dynamic model of the reference mode of the regional socio-economic system has been developed and the indicators included in this model are justified. The detected sensitivity of the normative dynamic model indicates the correct choice of the indicators of this model of the reference mode of the regional socio-economic system and the possibility of its application for assessing the socio-economic development of the RSES on the basis of the principles of dynamic efficiency. Originality. The article suggests a way of integrating the most important indicators of social and economic development, which minimizes their processing and, thanks to this, gives the opportunity to develop a correct and effective management decision. Practical value. The study made it possible to clearly reveal structural changes in the country’s dynamic economy and to trace the dynamic efficiency of managing regional systems. It was determined that the identified structural changes require careful study of the state of the existing infrastructure of the regions, which further updates the research in this area.
