EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE BANK’S CORPORATE SEGMENT

Abstract
The article presents the possibility of evaluation of the efficiency of the bank’s corporate segment through the Balanced Scorecard. The traditional Balanced Scorecard for the purpose of bank’s corporate business management has been modified due to the specifics of the banking business as a whole, and corporate business, in particular. The selection of six perspectives within the framework of the Balanced Scorecard for the purposes of managing the bank’s corporate business is proposed, namely: «Finance», «Market and clients», «Internal banking processes», «Learning and growth», «Manager’s potential» and «Risks» . Within each of the presented perspectives, indicators are highlighted, that can be used to build the Balanced Scorecard for evaluation of the efficiency of the bank’s corporate segment.
