EVALUATION THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY OF SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL STAFF IN HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract
In this article such concept as "professional competence" is generalized. The author proposes using the methods of qualimetric evaluation to determine the level of professional competence of scientific and pedagogical staff of high school. The factor-criterial submodel, which allows to evaluate the level of professional competence of scientific and pedagogical staff of high school, are presented in the article. Such submodel is an effective managerial tool for the heads of departments. It can be used by scientific and pedagogical staff to self-evaluation also.
