Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the efficiency of the filling station. The types of fuel that are sold to customers in the fuelling network are analysed. Methods of payment for fuel are analysed. The profile of the company’s customers is determined. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of the company. You should pay attention to the appearance of the gas station, the quality of service, premium programs.
