Evolution of the concept of "humanitarian intervention "in the post-bipolar system of international relations

Abstract
The article analyzes conceptual, legal and practical aspects of humanitarian intervention. The article deals with causes of emergence and peculiarities of the legal status of the concept of responsibility to protect. Tasks of modern peacekeeping, place and role of humanitarian intervention in the post-bipolar international system are established in the article.
