EVOLUTION OF THE MORTGAGE LENDING SYSTEM

Abstract
The article deals with the evolution of mortgage forms of lending. The principles of activity of banking mortgage institutions have been generalized. The functions of participants in the mortgage capital market in the agrarian, industrial, post-industrial economical systems have been systematized. The characteristic of the traditional and modern model of mortgage lending is given. The consequences of transformation processes, which took place in the system of mortgage lending, have been determined.
