Examining the Association between Strategic Thinking and Resources Attraction in West Azerbaijan Maskan Bank

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to examine the association between strategic thinking and resources attraction in West Azerbaijan Maskan Bank. The statistical population comprises of all 322 employees working across Maskan Bank branches of West Azerbaijan. Using Cochran formula, the sample size was determined as 175. To collect the data use was made by questionnaire. The reliability was assessed as 0.849 using Cronbach alpha coefficient. Spearman and Pearson correlation coefficients as well as regression test were employed to run the statistical analysis as well. The results indicated that there was a relationship between strategic thinking and resources attraction in West Azerbaijan Maskan Bank. Intelligent opportunity seeking was found to have the greatest role categorized by 0.266 value.
