Examples of Literal Interpretation of the Hanafi Method

Abstract
As it is known, jurisprudents of Hanafi School to ensure the legitimacy of then-methods appealed to many sources including the Qur’an. This study examined the verses referenced by jurisprudents of Hanafi School. Thus, basic information will be given about this School’s understanding of Qur’an and it’s method of comment. From our perspective, the Hanafi jurisprudents were willing to support the legitimacy of their evidences of the Shari’a by appealing to the Qur’an
