Experiment on Reducing Noise of Reducer in Electric Forklift
Journal Title: 河南科技大学学报(自然科学版) - Year 2016, Vol 37, Issue 2
Abstract
Aiming at the loud howlround of the reducer in a certain type of electric forklift, which affected the qualified rate of assembly, the formation mechanism of howlround of the reducer was analyzed. The pinion of the reducer input shaft was modified to reduce the manufacturing error and installation error sensitivity of gear in the reducer. The vibration and noise test of reducer assembled with or without modified gear was carried out respectively under the same condition. The test result shows that the gear modification based on the theory of point contact can effectively reduce the reducer howlround,so as to improve the assembly efficiency and qualified rate of the reducer.
