Experiment Research on Terrain 3D Modeling Based on Tilt Photogrammetry

Abstract
Taking the Jiangcheng area in the south of Yunnan province as example, the tilt photography was mearsued by the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The Smart 3 DCapture system was applied to match photo control points, perform spatial aero-triagulation encryption and carry out real 3 D modeling. The quality of the3 D model was quantitatively evaluated by the point precision and plane precision of the model. The experimental analysis shows that the error of plane position is 0. 024 81 m, the error of height is 0. 022 46 m, and the two-direction error is less than 10 cm. The height accuracy is slightly higher than the plane precision.
