EXPERIMENTAL DIDACTICAL OPTIONS FOR THE CREATIVITY OF STUDENTS OF 3-4 CLASS IN COMPULSORY TEACHING HOURS OF TECHNOLOGY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract

The report presents experimental didactic variants in the compulsory classes on technologies and entrepreneurship in third and fourth grades in the Bulgarian traditional school. Included are active learning methods and techniques that stimulate the development of students' creative thinking for generating ideas, making non-traditional solutions, solving and defining problems. Creative methods and techniques are used for educational purposes, as children need to learn to think and act differently, to encourage imagination and intuition, to awaken curiosity, and to encourage entrepreneurship, initiative and non-standard solutions. The main objective of the study is to stimulate creativity at school, to break out of traditional reproduction training and to give new impetus to productivity and efficiency in technology and entrepreneurship education. Experimental activity is an attempt to break the stereotype of lessons and creative tasks to help students learn different ways, mechanisms, techniques for expressing their creative potential. The selected activities included in the report are designed to show how creativity can be developed and how it can be developed, to acquire basic skills related to divergent and productive thinking. Creating original ideas is a tough job. However, through appropriate strategies and tactics, methods and tools, techniques and technologies, matrices and mechanisms, children can learn in an entertaining and easy way to manage their creative resources to solve the problems arising in their lives, to generate non-standard ideas. The presented series of tools for developing student creativity teaches children to be flexible in problematic situations, stimulate entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, initiative, entrepreneurship, stimulate personal improvement, self-expression, self-assertion, teamwork, creativity. The report shows some of the didactic variants used, describes the diagnostic procedure used and focuses on the results of the experimental activity, presenting through diagrams the achievements in the experimental and control groups, as well as the conclusions of the pedagogical interaction in the application of innovative methodological methods.
