Experimental model of facilitation competence formation of the future teachers of humanitarian specialties of higher pedagogical education

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the practical aspects of the practical study of the phenomenon “the teacher’s competence”. It is presented as an experimental model and methods of its formation for students in the educational space of higher education institutions. It is based on the analysis of the concepts of “competence” and “professional competence of the teacher”. It is presents an interpretation of the phenomenon “the competence for the teacher of humanitarian specialties”, its structural components, pedagogical conditions, providing its formation for the students as future teachers. The structural components of the model are characterized by formation of the competence for future teachers of humanitarian specialties: purpose, stages of realization of pedagogical conditions, means of realization pedagogical conditions, components of competence, criteria of their measurements and indicators.
