EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF INTERCULTURAL BREEDING FORMATION OF STUDENTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the results of the study of the current state of cross-cultural breeding of university students in Ukraine. The vast majority of respondents (69,7 %) believe that the level of their cultural identity to their ethnic group is of average one. As for the negative feelings that cause respondents belonging to their nationality, namely 18 % – a sense of social insecurity; 8,4 % – a sense of spiritual imbalance, mental anxiety; 9,8 % – a feeling of dissatisfaction, a desire to change nationality; 3,9 % – a sense of physical danger, they can explain the difficult socio-economic situation, which is now compounded by the events related to the temporary occupation of the ARC and Sevastopol and hostilities occurring in uncontrollable Ukrainian authorities in Donetsk and Lugansk regions. 64,2 % of respondents prefer music as a means of nonverbal intercultural education, while 71,4 % believe that music can effectively promote intercultural education. Among the musical genres that can promote greater knowledge of other cultures respondents chose folk music (67,9 %). Thus, these results confirm the relevance and feasibility of implementing technology intercultural education of students by means of music. In the study author concludes that the use of music in the intercultural education of students of higher educational institution contributes to the intensification of reasons to know the culture of different countries as well as cognitive, emotional and empatiynyh, reflective personality traits.
