EXTERNAL EXPERIENCE OF RECOGNITION OF EVIDENCE UNLAWFUL IN CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article analyzes the experience of some leading states in recognizing evidence as inadmissible in the criminal process. The main criteria for recognizing evidence are highlighted. The prospects for perfection of the current CPC of Ukraine in matters of recognition of evidence are inadmissible in the criminal process.
