FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON THE PROCESS OF TECHNOLOGICAL RENEWAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF THEIR MODERNIZATION

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the external and internal factors of influence on technological renewal of agricultural enterprises in the context of their modernization. Methodology of the research. The research has been carried out using general and scientific methods, in particular: generalization, systematization, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis for the purpose of definition, classification and substantiation of factors of technological updating of agricultural enterprises. Information base of scientific research were the fundamental positions of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists-economists on issues of innovation and technological updating of enterprises. Findings. The factors influencing the technological renewal of agricultural enterprises in the context of their modernization have been defined and substantiated in the article. The internal and external factors of direct and indirect influence on technological updating of agricultural enterprises have been distinguished. The internal factors include: personnel support, enterprise communications, enterprise size, company life cycle, enterprise competitiveness and demand for its products, technical basis of the enterprise and the specifics of the use of labor resources, quality and environmental friendliness of the technological idea, financial position and policy of the enterprise regarding involvement of investors’ funds, mechanization and automation of the production process, availability and efficiency of the R & D department functioning, organization of enterprise management; economic feasibility of the introduction, use and maintenance of new technology, international scientific and technological cooperation of the enterprise, provision of raw materials. External factors of direct impact on the technological renewal of the enterprise are considered: infrastructure support, needs and demands of consumers, the level of competition in the industry and in the corresponding segment of the market, features and trends in the branch development. Demographic, information, socio and cultural, the level of scientific and technological progress, the level of economic development of the country, globalization of the economy, market conditions of the economy, state policy, development of entrepreneurial activity have been are identified among the external factors of the macroenvironment. Originality. Scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the isolation and theoretical substantiation of external and internal factors of influence on the process of technological renewal of agricultural enterprises in the context of their modernization. Practical value. The obtained results of the research can be used during the technological renewal of agricultural enterprises.
