FACTORS OF SUCCESSFUL ADAPTATION AND EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The problem of adaptation of young specialists and their employment in the context of generalization of theoretical and applied researches is considered. On the basis of the analysis of the conducted sociological study, the main factors of adaptation of young specialists and features of the relationship “employer – young specialist” are outlined. The necessity of synchronous cooperation of state institutions, educational establishments, business environment and employers in solving the problem and development of adaptive management is emphasized.
