Factors that determine the quality of legal advice

Abstract
In the article the concept of legal advice is determined and its features are singled out. The analysis of factors affecting on the quality of the legal advice is made and legal consulting implementation algorithm is offered. Based on the study the attention is drawn to the question of civil liability of the consultant that should be determined in each case differently, because not always the client damage that is made is in causal connection with the advice that is given.
