FACTORS TO ENSURE THE EFFICIENCY OF TRANSPORT SERVICES

Abstract
The article establishes the essence and content, as well as substantiates functions of the block of harmonization of interests of cargo owners and transport center and the block of adaptation to changes in needs and requirements of clients, algorithm of calculation of the coefficient of adaptation of the center to the changes in needs and requirements of customers, coefficient of harmonization of interests of the transport center and customers, and their impact on the profitability of transportation and service are determined.
