METHODICAL APPROACHES TO PARAMETRIC EVALUATION OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL INTERESTS OF MIDDLE CLASS FORMATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of assessing the social conditions of society, measuring and diagnosing the achieved level of development. The procedure for determining the parameters of the middle class and social development is explored. The possibilities of using the toolkit for the formation of social technologies, the formulation and solution of managerial tasks in the system of public administration are considered. The necessity for monitoring and diagnosing of the social environment with the aim of developing the middle class indicators (standards) for their realization within the framework of the state social policy is substantiated. The method of estimation of economic and social interests for the formation of the middle class is proposed.
