FAIRNESS OF LEGAL LIABILITY IN LABOR LAW

Abstract
The article investigates and analyzes the question of the principle of equity in the application of legal liability in labor law. Features and main components of the above concepts are considered. The peculiarities of the introduction of the principle of justice in labor relations, connected with bringing the guilty axis to legal liability for disciplinary and material offenses are investigated. The comparative and legal analysis of the application of the principle of justice in the application of material and disciplinary liability in labor law was carried out and the proposal was made not to oppose the above men- tioned institutes of labor law in the application of the principle of justice.
