FEATURES HYPNOTHERAPY PTSD

Abstract
In modern psychotherapy to the fore short term methods of therapy. Hypnotherapy is one of the most promising areas of short-term psychotherapy for PTSD. The article concern a symptomatic approach to hypnotherapy of PTSD. Revealed adequate hypnotherapy techniques to work with specific groups of symptoms in the structure of post-traumatic stress disorder. This may be used methods of exposure therapy, systematic desensitization, cognitive hypnotherapy hypnosuggestive therapy.
