FEATURES MANIFESTATIONS PSYCHOEMOTIONAL TENSION IN THE STRUCTURE OF IVQS SPECIALISTS OPERATOR PROFILES

Abstract
Increase of occupational stress, the formation of lengthy stress overload increase psychoemotional tension in the activities of specialists operator profile are under the scrutiny and in constant discussion, regarding the impact of the above factors on psychological, physiological and biological health of the person. Arriving in this condition man is hard to prove himself as a reliable professional with stable structureprovided of PVQs, in fact, sometimes unsafe. Psychological features, arising in the process of non-compliance, or chronic psychoemotional tension turns into a factor infringing adaptation of specialist in professional activities. The long-term condition of an emotional pressure negatively influences efficiency of operator activity and can lead even to psychoemotional failure. Formation of an adequate response from the experts on the carrier profile of external factors and the duration of action of extreme, tend to cause a certain degree of psychological and emotional stress at which mobilizes the body’s functions, and there are various degrees of increased psychological and emotional tension. Emotional tension in normal forms helps the operator to effectively solve its tasks through the mobilization of reserves of an organism.
