Features of administrative-procedural jurisdiction

Abstract
This article analyzes the content and structure of procedural forms of administrative court proceedings in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the procedural components of administrative proceedings. The peculiarities of legal consideration of administrative jurisdiction and features of administrative court proceedings have been characterized. The phasic nature of administrative court proceedings and mandatory components of the stage as a structural element of this type of proceedings have been defined. The analysis of the legislation, scientific views on major issues of administrative proceedings has been carried out.
