Features of consideration of disclaimer heritage abandoned

Abstract
The article reveals the procedure for recognizing the inheritance from the dead according to the legislation of Ukraine. Problematic issues related to the recognition of the inheritance from the dead are considered. The author determines that the value of the institution of the deceased heritage is to eliminate the lack of ownership of the objects of inheritance, preserve them in civilian circulation, as well as protect the interests of creditors.
