Abstract
Analyzed the emergence and deployment of a systemic crisis. The focus is on responding leaders (operational Crash-program), effective anti-crisis management, mobilizing internal resources. The application of the anti-crisis management procedure is proposed. It involves the introduction of industrial and technical measures into the system of entrepreneurial activity. It also proposes the use of external and internal reserves to restore profitability and avoid bankruptcy.
