Features of determination of the main hydrogeological characteristics taking into account of man-made impact

Abstract
Performing an evaluation of possibility of a building erection on the construction sites in the areas that are located near rivers and seas it is necessary to determine the design hydrological characteristics. Knowing those characteristics one can determine more efficient the mark planning, building zero depth of laying the underground parts of plants and, if necessary, to determine an expediency of the measures for engineering protection of the area. Under determining the design hydrological characteristics in is necessary to consider man-made impact on their possible change during time, that is caused by human activity. If such impact takes place for a long time, the hydrogeological parameters may undergo significant changes. Not taking into consideration these changes may lead to the fact that during design of the new facilities may be adopted unreasonable technical solutions, those in turn, may reduce the new objects reliability. Consideration of the man-made impact is an necessary factor in the design.
